Appointment Policy
Appointments are available by advance scheduling. Same-day appointments may be available based on availability.
Please have all documents prepared prior to your appointment. Do not sign documents before meeting with the notary unless instructed to do so. All required signers must be present with valid government-issued identification.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash (exact amount preferred)
Credit/Debit Cards
Cash App
Other approved payment methods
Notarial fees and any applicable travel fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before services are performed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Appointments canceled after travel has begun or appointments that cannot be completed due to missing identification, absent signers, incomplete documents, or other circumstances beyond the notary's control may be subject to a travel fee.
Refund Policy
Once a notarization has been lawfully completed, notarial fees are non-refundable.
Travel fees compensate for travel time and expenses and are generally non-refundable once travel has begun.
Verified billing errors or overpayments will be promptly refunded.
Identification Requirements
All signers must present valid government-issued photo identification that complies with Kansas law. If acceptable identification cannot be provided, the notarization cannot be completed.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Client information is handled with professionalism and confidentiality. Information obtained during appointments is used only as necessary to provide requested services and comply with applicable laws.
Right to Refuse Service
MTC3 Professional Signing Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any notarization that does not comply with Kansas law or applicable notarial standards.
