Do you charge travel fees?

Yes. Mobile travel fees may apply depending on the appointment location. Any applicable travel fees will be discussed and agreed upon before your appointment.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments canceled after travel has begun or appointments that cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the notary's control may be subject to a travel fee.

Can you notarize every document?

No. Kansas law requires notaries to refuse certain notarizations, such as when proper identification is not provided, the signer is unwilling, appears unaware of the transaction, or the notarization would violate Kansas law.
